Initially turning to weight training for muscle strengthening, she faced joint strain due to existing body imbalances, leading to chronic pain post-pregnancy. Despite undergoing professional rehabilitation, her condition persisted. In search of relief, Mia discovered Pilates, embarking on a transformative journey. Motivated by her own experiences, she now serves as an instructor, guiding others toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Mia excels at simplifying complex concepts, helping members enhance their understanding of movements and boost their physical capabilities. Through Pilates, she fosters inner balance and self-control, empowering individuals to manage their well-being. Her primary goal is to empathize with those grappling with pain, aiding them in regaining strength and vitality through the transformative power of exercise.
