Cancellation Policy

Private Class Cancellation Policy:

* For cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, the full lesson fee will be deducted.
* If canceled 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, no lesson fee will be deducted. Make-up lessons are available for completion within the expired period.
* For long-term absences due to personal reasons or travel, you must notify the Admin in advance to freeze your sessions. Rescheduling is possible when you restart, and it must be completed within one year from the initial payment date. No extensions are possible after this period.

Private Class Expiry Time Period:

* For sessions scheduled on the same day and time each week:
* 1 session per week/10 sessions purchase – 77 days from the start date
* 2 sessions per week/10 sessions purchase – 42 days from the start date
 * 1 session per week/5 sessions purchase – 38 days from the start date
* 2 sessions per week/5 sessions purchase – 20 days from the start date

* If you haven't booked a fixed schedule ("Drop In" sessions):
    * Single session purchase – 3 weeks from the purchase date
    * 5 sessions purchase – 3 months from the start date
    * 10 sessions purchase – 6 months from the start date

Note:

* Instructor substitutions may occur due to vacation or personal circumstances.
* Location changes may happen due to studio circumstances.
* Refunds are not available; however, membership transfers are permitted within direct family and relatives (not to friends or acquaintances).
