Serina Ka

Pilates Instructor

Serina's love for an active lifestyle helped her find Pilates. She recognized the importance of building a healthy spinal structure and core. She believes that Pilates allows her to be able to do other sports because of her strong build from training in Pilates.

After promoting a healthy lifestyle to people around her, she found that becoming an instructor would be in her best interest to encourage other people to start building a lifestyle around health. Serina believes in the ability of Pilates to make you better at everything you do. Serina trains her clients through a variation of strength and flexibility exercises that combats any injuries or tightness related to everyday lifestyle of the individual or sports.

She looks forward to the opportunity to share her knowledge with clients and give them noticeable results. Outside of her classes, she enjoys golf, snowboarding, yoga and weight training.
